A: Yes, we honor a 30-day warranty on all of our New products.
Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: We ship all of our instruments from our Fort Wayne, Indiana Warehouse. Our carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx. In most cases our orders are delivered in 1-3 business days. See our shipping page for a more detailed description or call us at (260) 422-9221 for more options.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: We don't have a storefront yet, but if you're in the Fort Wayne area you can call and schedule an appointment to come in and check out our selection.
